We have been doing one-of-a-kind mysteries for over 23 years for groups as small as 12 and as large as 500. We perform locally in the Greater Boston area, and have local troupes in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Altanta, Philadelphia, Washington, DC & Southern Virginia in Richmond, Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Some shows are customized, some are better for small audiences, others for large audiences, some are great team builders others take you back in time. All of our shows include lots of audience participation, comedy, and music.
Traveling Troupe
The secret to fun parties is a mystery – a mystery dinner show! We provide unique & memorable entertainment that is suitable for any party and fun for all ages. We can travel to your chosen restaurant; hotel or banquet site or we can help you find one that will fit your needs and the needs of our specialized dinner theater entertainment.
We have shows that can be customized, some better for small groups, others for large groups, some great for team building and others that take you back to a time or place where your mystery including theme music (DJ or band), audience participation and a fun mystery that can be solved by questioning the CharActors and solving the clues.

Partners in Crime
Join the Bumbling Bobbies for the high-energy, laugh-a-minute team-building comedy: Partners in Crime! Their warmth and good-natured foolery invite participants to let loose and have fun! Partners in Crime is 3-scene comedy that’s designed to be performed around a three-course meal.
During the intermission, teams are encouraged to create a solution to the mystery. There is no right answer! This is an exercise in creativity, and, along with using the evidence recorded in Scene Two, teams are encouraged to incorporate details from their work environment into the solutions.
Scene Three will reveal all the solutions! As a result of creating their solutions based on the evidence from Scene Two, these solutions often contain striking similarities, reveal shared experiences from work, and serve to strengthen relationships and camaraderie within your group. A “winning” solution is chosen. Prizes are awarded to the five audience members who played parts in the show, as well as to the winning team.
Partners In Crime can work with a luncheon, dinner or any type of meeting in almost any venue including boats, trains, boardrooms, hotel meeting rooms and lounges. The suggested audience size is 20 to 60 people.

You and your guests begin by meeting four of the most outlandish and interesting characters you’ve ever seen. Motives pop up. Clues are discovered. Then, suddenly, a murder occurs! Now the fun really begins. Who committed this terrible crime? You’ll get to question suspects as you work to solve the crime, and even get questionable help of our comic detective along the way!
This mystery is custom-scripted for your company – a simple three-page questionnaire gives us all the ammunition we need to make your event a rousing success. It’s helpful to know what your guests are like. Who may want to be more “involved” in the show? What will make this an event to remember for everyone involved? It all adds up to a personalized event that’s entertaining, funny and exciting.
Hooray for Hollywood
Hooray for Hollywood invites you to a casting-call for the next great movie! Famous Director Rudy Von Hessel is there with his bevy of talent to make the film. His leading lady—the gorgeous, talented and oh-so-in-love-with-herself Gloria Swansong—accompanies him. Gloria throws kisses to all of her fans and kiss-offs to everyone else. Rudy announces to everyone that with the help of his staff they’ll be holding auditions for roles in the movie.
Alarms will go off in your head as things get complicated by mysterious activities taking place and, just when the cast is announced, Gloria makes a toast and dies! Someone poisoned Gloria Swansong!!!

Hell of a Kitchen
The recipe called for great chefs and great food for a great cause, but MURDER got into the mixing bowl.
Rae-Rae Ray hosts a charity cook-off with the crème de la crème of the cooking world. Bobby Filet, Merrill La Gasseous and Marta Stewing lead their handpicked teams and whip up both hilarity and mayhem. They all love charity, and they love winning even more. But who’s cutthroat enough to slice and dice the competition?

The mother of the bride has planned for the perfect wedding, but before her beautiful daughter can even say “I do” a bloody killing mars the happy day! It is up to you, the wedding guests, to find the killer, determine their motive, and make sure that love lives “happily ever after.”
Was it the groom, the wedding planner, the mother-in-law, or one of the guests? Who is hiding a sordid past? Who has a secret love? Who’s been holding on to a grudge? Everyone is a suspect – including you!

Rub elbows with wiseguys, killers and femmes fatales as you take part in the secret celebration in which a mob underling will become a “made” man. Mob boss Carmine Pelagatti is set to bestow a great honor on one of his top men, but in a world where murder comes with a smile, the night is bound to be marred by betrayal,
double-dealing and even death. You’ll need to keep your wits about you to keep up with the cast of fast-talking fast-shooting characters and make it out with your honor and your life intact. Figure out who whacked who and maybe you ll have it “made.”

A former wallflower has organized a fantastic reunion featuring a panel discussion from some of All American High’s most successful alumni. The nerd, the jock, the tortured artist, and the head cheerleader are all invited, but when the night is marred by murder the entire class must work together to figure out who acted out on old grudges or new jealousies.
